How can I send CA letter to the programs? is it as a letter of recommondation? or should be send later ?answer pls. GL to all.

CA letter = post graduated training authorization letter , you need to apply from CA medical board. takes more than 60 days to get it ,costs almost 600 $

yes to put it in your documents it is considered as the 4th LOR... send it with the document submission form... and write CA LETTER in the letter writer's name.
or u shud call ecfmg and confirm...
