I am first time in match. Like some of the possts I read earlier, I filled only the succesful attempts in the CAF, though I release my transcript. And applied to the prog simultaneously. I passed CS on 2nd att., but the CAF did not ask about the number of att. Now, that I know that It was req, can somebody in a simolar situation throw some light on it.

i think usmle transcript includes everything-scores,attempts,invalid test etc...

me too in the same situation and i guess its okay since prog look at the transcript rather than the caf for the scores and other details.

yup....since its OFFICIAL USMLE TRANSCRIPT-it will say it all...GL

Thank you all for your replies. I got more confused and sad as a friend said to include it in PS,. But I have submitted that too.

hey...its not mandatory to include aatempts in PS...usmle transcript wil have the details...dont worry there is nothing to be confused...cheer up man
