i didn't apply so far to any program but i sent all my documents to eras to scan i am able to see all the documents on my ADT except the photo i called them they said i have to apply first in in order to upload the photo same like the lors .. is this true ..it didn't make sense any idea or any 1 with same experience ... thanks
