77(3rd),82(3rd)/CS(1st) with LORs from US, USCE. apply in the midle of Sept. 32 rejections. till today. no call for IV. Do I still have chance?

hey hanry, my belief is that since you passed the steps you still have a chance...make sure you are applying to the 'right' programs though. GL.
