Hi every one,
Every program I applied to downloaded all my docoments except my MSPE(DL). My MSPE has been at erase post office for long time and i do not understand why they did not download it. And some of the programs e-mailed me that my appliction is incomplete. I am worried this may affect my chance of geting ivs. If so what can I do now?
I need your advice , someone with similar experience please?

my MSPE is sitting pretty too,and thats because MSPEs will be downloaded 1st nov. am i right?guys?
