first, it must be clear what the properties of the mutation are, loss of function or gain of the function.

sencond, let's say it is loss of function, then if the heterozygote will loss the control over cell growth, then how about the hypothesis of LOH and second strike?

well i think its carrier susceptability,bcuz 1st hit is genetic,2nd is somatic nontransferable causing carrier susceptability in both homo and hetero states.well perhaps its a very odd qs n not a good one
