hello all,i passed,took step 3 on 11,12 dec ,got result three days back.
score not so good but i am done with usmle
85/207
it was a tiring exam
ccs cases were ok,only one case i couldnt get to final diagnosis.rest all were straight forward.
mcq were a bit difficult.
i thank you to all who have posted there exp here from which i was benifited.
and good luck to all who are taking this exam.

Congrats Sunny..can u tell me for how long u prepared and wat study material u used..and wat were ur ccs cases?

i studied for 5-6 weeks,full time
i would recomm kaplan step 2 books,loads of mcqs,mainly form kaplan q book,q bank(from step 2),i also did swanson (time consuming and alos not very useful)
i would recommend CMDT for basic text,which i also used for step 2(96/238)but its up to you which book youlike for medicine.
strong medicine was a waste of money.

Could you tell me if your USMLE trenscript was sent to the programs twice or once? mine was sent twice. once yesterday and once today. freaking me out..

thx for the prompt reply...wud u mind tellin if there was a gap btw ur step 2 and step 3??? coz i finished my step 2 in 2005 and now gonna take step 3....which is nearly an yr...any suggestions and tips???

I checked the ADTS in ERAS. they have sent it twice..
