If I have waived my right to see the LORs, how can I get these LORs to the programs during scramble?

You have another choice? If you have the copy, then send it out during scramble. If you don't have a copy, then you have to ask for one more from the writer.

most of the programs during scramble accept applications by ERAS, you may send them to programs through eras.

what about other program which might not apply the ERAS appl.
shud we request another letter/copy from LOR writer???
