Help Please Regarding Step3 Eligibility Period - us_999_mle

Hi,
I had a query regarding the step 3 application. If I want my eligibility period to start in April, do I have to complete my application by Feb? I mean after the application for step 3 is accepted do the eligibility period start immediately or after 1 month like step1 & 2?

it starts about 1 week after the application is accepted.

once ur application is approved, u have 105 days as eligability period.
if u apply and send the required paper today, ur application most propaply will be approved after 10 days, so u have an eligability period from 2-25 till 6-10
