1.C) Vascular dementia
2.B) Elevated IgG
4.D) Intubate the patient in order to allow controlled mechanical ventilation:
the first step in burn patient especially in cosed areas as building is itubation .anticipated laryngeal edema will compromise oxygenation. You to intubate first.
5.E) Immediate consultation with an ophthalmologist.the main reason is decreased visual acuity in the left eye.
3.any hemorrhagic stroke can cause severe headache so both D and E are possibilities! Both have higher incidence in African American and with hypertension.Male predominance in ICH and female in SAH.An estimated 10-15% of patients with ruptured aneurysms have symptoms related to their aneurysm prior to the rupture. The most common symptoms are headache (48%).Approximately 30-40% of patients are at rest at the time of SAH. Physical or emotional strain, defecation, coitus, and head trauma contribute to varying degrees in the remaining 60-70% of cases.Focal neurological findings may include:Oculomotor palsy (posterior communicating artery aneurysm) ,Hemiparesis: With or without aphasia due to middle cerebral artery (MCA) aneurysm.in the other hand:Onset of symptoms of ICH is usually during daytime activity, with progressive (ie, minutes to hours)symptoms which includ ,too, homonymous hemianopia, aphasia, neglect, or apraxia
For definitve Diagnosis and so the correct Answer we have to wait for CT result.
But Based in above ,if i have to choose ,dEfintEly ,i will go for E
