90y o m who has written DNR, DO NOT INTUBATE, advance directive's, elder son has power of attorney, in this hospital admission, has AMS(altered mental status), and very acute abdomen, surgeons diagnosed as acute cholecystitis, and advises urgent surgery, the son is also agree with procedure, how will you deal the situition.
A) give pain meds only
B) situition realy not apply here
C) do procedure with spinal anesthesia and supportive o2.
