For me, I think IT MAY BE COARCTATION OF AORTA--THE ADULT TYPE POSTDUCTAL COARCTATION. Pt has HTN in upper extremities and lower pressure in lower extremities.

I think fido has a point here. other 2 choices were some stenosis and regurgitation thigs. out of question types !!!
