a 58 yr aold man comes to physicain bcoz of blood in Urine.he had nephrectomy 10 yrs ago bcoz of motor vehicle collision.Evaluation show renal cell Ca in remaining kidney and pulmonary metastasis.IL-2 therapy is started.3 weks later CT confirm regression of tumor.what is most likely coz of regression??
