eeman is right. Small cell Carcinoma of the lung is associated with Eaton. make sure guys that you know the difference b/w eaton and gravis for sure tested.
In gravis: with exercise weakness worsens In eaton: Improves with exercise. Read more about.

myasthenia gravis and Lambert Eaton are two different conditions fellas. Myasthenia is antibodies to the ACH receptor where as Lambert Eaton is the Ca++ channel of presynaptic neuron.Myasthenia gets worse as the day progresses but Lambert Eaton Gets better as the day progresses. Lambert Eaton is associated with Lung carcinomas while myasthenia is associated with Thymomas. Hope I'm right.
