55 yrs old. has a lesion for several months. during this time, his right and left eyes have been increasingly sensitive to wind. no double vision, no spots..fm history is significant for blindness in his mother at 77yrs. smoker..bp 140/85,
visual acquity 20/40 on both eyes... symmetrical enlargement of the proximal and distal interphalangeal joints of both hands. joints r firm to palpation and ccool to touch.
