I just dont know why everyone said CT is the best. Why not Deleware, check out their requirement, everything is either NONE/unlimited requirement. Am I missing something ?

IMG's what did u use NID as in step3 apllication as we don't have US security number, and also should we fill last programme details or leave it. Urgent help needed.
