What we should do inorder to pass CIS?pls everyone give his experience and knowlege.

hi nila, actually no body know what thay count in CIS component,
but alway knock on the door, greet patient, give smile, drap every patient, wash your hands before physical, counsel the patient, show empathy at appropiate level, and dont remain quiet for more than few seconds. just explain what u r doing while examination..

Hello Nila,

I agree with Dr. Gladiator, but I learned from Dr. Swartz who teaches the C3NY Workshops that the CIS is critical to passing the exam. If you don't ask the questions correctly, you cannot gather the data to do well in ICE (integrated clinical exam). Dr. Swartz mentioned all the items that Dr. Galdiator said but he told us many ways of asking questions so we could "go where the money was". I learned a lot from the workshops. GL with the exam.
