a 75 year old man has a painless mass in his left upper anterior neck. exmaination shows partial replacement of lymph node by a neoplasm. the neoplasm has cohesive sheets of polyglonal cells with a granular eosinophilic cytoplasm,intracellular bridges,pleomorhic round nuclei, neoplastic cells stain positive to high molecular weight keratin antibody, no reaction to vitimen and no leukocyte common antigen(cd45) what is the diagnosis?
1adenocarcinoma, 2malignant melonoma, 3squamous cell carcinoma,4 nonhodgkins and 5sarcoma
