one second. I'm still confused about this: If the pt has an ishemic stroke,comes in under 3hrs, and has contraindications for giving tPA(recent surgery). What do you give? ASA? Not Heparin?

1. if d/t Thrombosis (Atherosclerotic Dis MC in Elderly) -- ASA 2. If d/t Cadiac Source (Emboli, MCly Younger Pts) -- Heparin followed by Warfarin

doyoudiggy that is PSEUDOAMNESIA SYNDROME.
everybody feels the same but believe me as soon as u start ur test ur synapses will start firing & ur post-med temporal lobe will be hyreactivated............... |
