hey guys my lors not uploded yet what should i do because i haven't apply any program yet,should i wait or apply? is it going to be too late for me? please advise me.

they wont upload it unless you apply to atleast one program

call ecfmg and confirm that all ur lors have been scanned...if yes apply
if u've applied already, it takes 2-3 days for lors to be uploaded

but how i am going to know if they scanned lors? and if i apply without scannig lors how PD are going to see them? i am very confused please help me.

thats what i am telling:
call ecfmg, give them your ecfmg id number and ask if ur lors have been scanned or not...

scanning is when ur lors are available to the post office...
uploading is when the lors become available to the programs for downloading...
downloading is when the programs download them, and in case of imgs use them as toilet paper...

if ecfmg says ur lors are scanned, they are bound to be uploaded, but it takes 2-3 days for the process after u apply...
when did u send the lors?

oh, currently they are scanning documents recieved on 19 sept, so it might take atleast 10 days for ur lors to be scanned...and if lors are not scanned, even if u apply, the programs cant get them till they are scanned....applying without all documents scanned is a risky proposition...
