I picked yes to release my usmle score from eras and paid $50. Then i assigned to the programs. Is there anything else I need to do from ecfmg (oasis)? Thank you for your help!

No! You don't have to do anything more. ERAS does everything, including providing USMLE transcripts (which include your scores) to all the programs as assigned by you.
