Its written by Goljan so it must be good, I've seen several positive posts about it on other forums

i have it and it is good, some questions are alittle picky

i can rate right after the following
1-kaplan Qnabk
2-NMS
3-Princeton review
4- Appleton and lange
5-MOSBY CD FOR GOLJAN

Thanks for the input. But I heard that NMS does not follow the current USMLE format, that is,...they may present a clinical question, then the next two or three questions are related to the earlier one. Will that not be confusing when I take step 1??

Not at all cristagali, NMS is good for practice, I don't see how you may get confused when taking step 1
