hi star,congrats on such wonder ful result.plz guide me yur strategy to tk step1 books,question material how many hrs n mnths yu took plz let me knw coz im an old graduate as well
n have just started watching dvd's so guide me plz god bless yu n give yu more success ameen

this is my suggestion, it worked for me..it might worked for you better.

A. read kaplan notes: first read is for familiarity of a million new things.
read it by subject:
i read physiology first
then i read physio chapter in FA
i read kaplan notes again and complement it with the DVD
i answer q book questions every after a subject and record my performance
took USW PHYSIO QB test and record my score

i did the same in all the other subjects
and then took NBME 1 2 months before and reviewd more on the lowest score in NBME

how i wished i had the time to read the USW notes of lucid interval and read goljan patho but i did not have

if you have the time... look for lucidinterval exam experience in the archives, and if you follow his regimen, most likely you will get 99 too (his score)

most of all...believe with all your heart that God's plan for you to be a doctor here in the US is not over. He will honor your desire as long as you desire to be of better service to Him when you're done.
