I rank them on my ROL after the match?? a friend told me that i will know where programs rank me in their list after the match, any insignt on this? thanks

If a program ranks you within their quota, but does not match you, then they know you didn't rank them #1; On the contrary, if you are not matched to the programs you rank high, it means you are not ranked high by them.
