Tetralogy of Fallot is the most common cyanotic CHD of children. Cyanosis usually develops by 3-4 months time depending on the degree of right ventricular outflow obstruction. It is associated with many anomalies, such as anomalies of coronary arteries in 5%, tracheo-esophageal fistula, rib anomalies and scoliosis. Right aortic arch anomalies are present in 25% with aberrant vessels and vascular slings or rings. An MRI is useful in order to evaluate the systemic collateral vessels coming off the aorta .All the other anomalies are rare and not features of Fallot's
