Drinking water will dilute urine, so B will have a higher urine osmolarity

Answer is E because if subject A drink 2 L of water, his body will respond by decreasing ADH secretion and increasing free water clearance in an attempt to negate the diluting effect of the water. Thus, subject A's urine willl be more dilute, and subject B's urine will be more concentrated.
In other response, choice A cant be right becase Subject B will have no change in his intracellular fluid volume b/c the consumes fluid is isotonic. However subject A will swell up little bit b/c the water will diffuse up little bit into his cells, where there is isotonic fluid. And subject will not have plasma osmlorarity change so cant be choice B. Can not b C because subject A will have higher free water clearance then subject B..For choice D..because subject A's serum is diluted, he will produce more dilute urine and he will have higher urine rate then does subject B.
