I'm very seriously considering applying to Peds residencies with my Step 1 score of 85 and seeing what happens...
I can always call up the residencies once my Step 2 score is in and have them reevaluate right???

November is a bit late, esp for IMGs - many interview spots are already taken; some programs have app deadlines in November. If your scores are high, that's fine - they'll squeeze you in, otherwise November is really pushing your luck.
