like marimar said .it is a interesting but poor make q becouse they dont give any clue. the age it is no clue becouse when the paciente is arround 30s with vascular disease you have to think about genetic disorder. you take out marfan becouse its location is in the root or ascendint. and micotic too. takayasu doesnt have problen with aneurysm, the only two posibilyty are blunt (the only clue age, no fear) and artherosclerasis, that accur in young pacient when they have any kind of hiperlipidemia plus alcohol and smoke, two risk factor for artherosclerisis......what do you thik?
