CNS evaluation is remakable for Central and peripheral involment. u suspect some chronic exposure to inoxicant and order blood toxicology profile which later came out positive fopr murcury. u immidiately starts antidote (succimer , dimercaprol). before finishing the work up with the pt u ask mom to explain deeply her daily routine. she replied.
