you have to weigh your chances. do you have a sched. on step 2 cs before the year ends? if yes, and you're confident on yourself, go ahead, apply. maybe just a couple of programs like 20-30, then add on once you have the passing result.

I'm a us/img and applied on step 1 that was not very high and have 2 interviews after 4 days applying.

I would get it out. If they want, they can wait till they recieve your step 2 till inviting you so take i soon.
