i passed step 3 - My score not great 196 / 80 but I am done and at first attempt - Being an old graduate - i passed all steps at first attempt.
I want to thank Cricoid, BDJ, Hotobhaga, other forum members for help they offered.
I read for 4 months not very regular but discussed CCS with a partner on yahoo messenger since she was in New york. I want to thank who has been part of my prep and wish her all the best.
I wish she gets a 99.
I was not confident and my NBME 1 week before was 430. NBME for step 3 is outdated.
I feel you should master Kaplan step 2 notes and then read UW CCS ( don't miss any ) and solve UW MCQ bank
I did not do Q book/ Q bank / NMS
I only finished 60 % of UW and had to give exam early because of visa issues.
Exam was very tough and tested everything but lot of peds and Gyn - I thought they forgot to ask me medicine - Which was all geriatric cases.
Prev Health is important.
CCS I had 2 new surprises but i was OK on CCS - I should have done all from UW which I didn't finish.
Please read well. This is the toughest of the lot.
