CAN I WRITE THE MNEMONICS PRIOR TO THE 15 MINS STARTING? OR EVERYTHING HAS TO WAIT UNITL THE 15 MINS COUNTING START?

Once the announcement is made:Examinees you may start. You open the doorway information read the details. jolt down notes.
Most imp at that moment: SURNAME, SEX, AGE AND COMPLAINT
READ VITALS ANY ANOMALITY JOLT IT DOWN.
THEN WRITE YOUR MNEUMONIC,AND DIFFERENTIALS THEN KNOCK THE DOOR AND LET THE MUSIC BEGIN.
