i was wondering which high yield books and brs books are a must to be done for the step one exam. it would be of great help for me if someone can tell me. thanks.

Some people choose to do the Kaplan method (kaplan books) while others go for the various other high yield books. Regardless, you need to get some books that are specifically for step 1.

I would very highly recommend:
First Aid for step 1
BRS physiology
Rapid Review of Pathology (goljian)
BRS behavioral science
Micro made ridiculously simple


Or alternatively you could just buy the Kaplan books.
