Hello guys i am filling paper for step 1. now after filling to the online it also ask u to fill Certification of Identification Form (Form 186) for Medical School Graduates. now my question is we have to send this form to our university/college or they are to send them.
please asnwer me stabilo21 thanks

hi stabilo,
you have to sign the form in presence of your med school dean or registrar. if that is not possible sign it in presence of a notary public and then you mail it to ECFMG along with other documents. Hope this helps!

hi corona its mean that i have to fill that form and then sign infront of notary public as i cannot go torussia. and then send it to ecfmg right.

yes. notary will stamp the form.
take some signature proof with you like passport or driving liscence |
