Fees for Program? - pmle

I wanna ask how much is the fee for each program. I heard first 20 are free and rest you have to pay to apply for that program. So how much is the fee for IM,Em,FM,peds program? Any website to get more info about it?

first 20 is not free. check usmlerockers. they have a breakdown in one of their posts
