yes you can. it's called a conjugal visit. different programs have different rules. some say you can have these visits q5d, others say anytime you are on call you can bring with you overnight change of clothes and a special 'friend'. but my friends tell me that it's best to always bring the same person or at least people who look similar, like only asians.
