CAN ANYBODY EXPLAIN FREE RADICALS OR OXYGEN FREE-RADICALS IN A SIMPLE WAY.

unstable electrons in its outer orbit, O2 is stable O2- is unstable, similarly OH is stable and when OH- is unstable.
