those who hv given the exam can u please tell how it is asked and what to expect and any suggestions on how to prepare for it..exam in 3 weeks..

No need to specially prepare for it.
At the most u will getr 2/3 A/V questions and they would be pretty straight forward. Most of the time u wont even need to see/hear the media ie u can guess the answer from the stem itself.
In some CVS cases, u might have to hear the murmurs to rule out ur d/d. Also, UMN / LMN Bells palsy is sometimes shown as clin exam and u have to figure that out.

Bottomline ------ absolutely no special prep required for these kind of questions :-)
