serum Ca is decreased in acidosis and increased in alkalosis as ratio of free to bound Ca ion is pH dependent. so when Ca ions increase in alkalosis the product ca x p increases thus more deposition in bone that lowers the phosphate. also calcitonin release will be increased leading to less bone resorbtion and thus less phosphate. now this is not from a valid source but this is the possible explaination i can think of.
