Its the real case I saw
One of my friend's attempted suicide in my medical school when I was in 2nd year. He jumped from our medical school hostel building. I went to ER and I saw the X-rays one was X-ray ankle with Talus fracture and the other was X-ray Lumbar spine with lower vertibral body fracture...
Fortunately there was no spinal cord damage and he survived well. He was one of my close friends.... At that time our Senior explained the need of lumbar X-ray and immobilisation...
