hey charsee..whenever applicable it is being done, however this is primarily algorithm based management book. I think so far from what we have seen, all the major drugs, and side effects to look out for have been covered, but 95 percent of this book is management and algorithms discussing when to change management in which circumstances or situations..This is not my book, this is written by a friend and mentor of mine that is currently in residency...I will make sure to pass on your concerns to him though..take care!

hey charsee..what do you mean?..do you mean an entire separate area of the book dedicated to that?..i can inquire about that..
