45 y.o. woman with abd andpelvic discomfort, large mass in RLQ viz surgically resected.mass consists of large 25 cm cystic sac containing thick mucinous fluid within a thin wall. on careful inspection, pathologist finds area of increased thickness in the cyst wall viz sent ofr histology. miscroscopically the tumor seems to consist of single layer of non-ciliated columnar epithelium arranged in papillary projections. The thickened area however, displays stratification of cells, increased cytologic atypia, high mitotic activity. nevertheless, no stromal invasion is found. most likely diagnosis?
1. borderline mucinous tumor
2. mucinous cystadenoCa.
3. mucinous cystadenoma
4. serous cystadenoCa.
5. serous cystadenoma
