Can we write tilt test in the investigations in a dizziness or syncope case and explain it to the patient during closure? Because it cant be done obviously in the PE...

Hey...On Digitaldoc's blog, I just read him suggesting that one should do the Tilt test or Dix Hallpike maneuver in case of dizziness case to diagnose (or rule out) BPPV. UW says write it in investigations. What do we do?
