hello desi,

all i did was,called all the places nearby and e-mailed them with my resume...follwed every alternate day, some hospitals do ask for fee for observership dont hesitate to give the fee i paid $500 for one month Also your visa status is also important,thet usaually prefer green card holders.dont stop to follow up coz igot the offer only after 4months of trying All the best.But frankly i dont think observership is going to help alot,you should try for externship.

I am also interested in doing Externships, but no success yet in finding one.How can I find an externship?
