I think that the time to contact the Pds have arrived.
They may not respond or let their automated e-mails do the job but I am a proponent of creating contacts, exchanging e-mails, maintaining a connection with PDs. Just make sure you do it the right way i.e do not offense them, don't make your e-mails too long, use the right title to catch their attention.
