To apply now or wait - Peds - krm

Hi guys, plz help.
I am yet to apply for Peds bcoz only 2 of my Lor's are in Eras and the third one reached there on 24th aug.
Should I apply now or wait for the third one to get scanned. I am not sure if I apply with 2 lor's will they consider it an incomplete appli???
I am so confused and tensed....

go ahead n apply now, atleast your application will be on time and 2 LORs are good enough..email PCs again when 3rd LOR is available...don't wait for 3rd LOR..

Thanks for the reply, am thinking of applying to a few top programs later and few other programs now. Dont know whether thats a good idea. Will they see scores and send calls or CAF or Lor's??
I have 99 and 97 and step 3 92..

you have a good profile ! if your 2 LORs from US, good enough...add 3rd one later on..some programs need 2 LORs, make sure you apply there on time, if you are not feeling comfortable to apply all now..GL
