I also waiting news from JMH but I don't understand they ask for papers outside eras ?

gcmm: I think that the papers outside eras are for IMGs who speak spanish.

IM, they usually send you an email with the requirements but it's only for candidates of the latin american program, if you are an IMG from any latin american country you need an interview with someone who is faculty member of JMH in your country, a 300 word essay about your expectations for specialty and a picture, I don't think you need those if you are an AMG or from other country, they only sponsor J1 visas for latin american candidates in this program.
BTW already interviewed on monday, crossing my fingers here...
