I used Physiology of Guyton and hall + Physiology of Kapplan.

you can supplement kaplan with either ganong or BRS Physio

md1, guyton & hall is a hard book to understand. it has over 1000 pages and is too detailed, i did it before and would not suggest it. i'm sticking to kaplan.
