i am a new member.I just got my step1 score.I got 89/218.
I am an IMG looking for internal medicine residency.If i got similar score in step2 how many interviews shall i suspect.i am a fresh graduate,with 2 months us experience,3 excellent recommendation letters FROM 3 US PHYSICIAN,no GC,no rsearch exp.

can somebody tell me that the physcians who give recommendation letters should be working in university hospitals or in their own medical centers?
what is the minimum work experience required? 2-4 months
