question is incomplete, but looks like an aspirin intoxication: tinnitus, hyperthermia, respiratory alkalosis and metabolic acidosis.

start iv ns while waiting for abg ......as respiratory tyake 15 min atleast to come.......

think d answer would be ABG anlaysis cos mixed acid base disturbance need to be corrected asap.but u must now the extent of harm happend to body?
